Thank you for shopping with Batmag and for supporting our small business. If, for some reason, you're not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item.


Returns Eligibility :

We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:

  1. The product is in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
  2. The product is in new and unused condition.
  3. The product was purchased directly from Batmag website.
  4. The request for return is initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  5. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return:

  4. No Restocking Fee

Return Shipping :

Refund Process :

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Refund Methods :

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue a refund by check or store credit, at our discretion.
