Usually between 2-4 days on mainland from dispatch. if ordered thru Amazon, refer to Amazon’s delivery options. Islands and Alaska may take more time based on seasonal shipping peaks or adverse weather.

Which batteries are compatible with Batmag lineup?
AA model: All AA brands.
AAA model: All AAA brands.
CR123A model: All 123A, C123A style batteries.
How many batteries does Batmag hold?
Batmag AA: up to 10 AA batteries,
Batmag AAA: up to 10 AAA batteries,
Batmag CR123A: up to 6 CR123A batteries,
Where is Batmag made?
Batmag is 100% manufactured in the US. Polymer parts, metal components, packaging and services are all performed on US soil.
Is Batmag waterproof?
Batmag components are watersafe. Even if no water will affect the functionality, it will not winterize your batteries. Do not drench batteries in water to avoid damage to your batteries.
How durable is Batmag?
Batmag can withstand up to 194F / 95C and down to 3F / -25C.
Can I store Batmag in my car?
Yes, Batmag will withstand up to 194F / 95C without a sweat. Batteries are more susceptible to cold and heat and we recommend to contact your preferred battery manufactures for best practices for extreme weather.
What warranty does Batmag have?
We offer 1Y limited warranty on parts. If you do not like your Batmag, ship it back within 30 days of purchase and you will get full refund on your order. We advise to contact support for refund/shipping best practices prior to sending it back.
Will Batmag drain my batteries?
Batmag casing is made with non-conductive polymer. Batmag’s metal components do not interact with cathodes or anodes and won’t spark, short or drain your batteries. Batteries have a shelf life, we recommend to contact your preferred battery manufactures for best practices.
